Information collected
We may collect contact, company, role, market, product-category, timeline and project-context information that you submit through a form or email. Do not provide confidential formulas, unpublished clinical data or legally privileged material through the initial contact form.
Purpose and lawful basis
Information is used to respond to inquiries, assess whether Veyra’s services are relevant, arrange conversations and maintain necessary business correspondence. The applicable lawful basis should be confirmed for each connected workflow.
Recipients and processors
Information may be handled by authorized Veyra personnel and approved providers used for hosting, email, scheduling, customer relationship management or secure file transfer. The final list of providers will be published when integrations are confirmed.
Retention and rights
Information should be retained only as long as needed for the inquiry, contractual relationship or applicable legal obligations. Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability.
